Comprehensive Serovital HGH review : Does it work?

Anti-aging methods are all the rage these days. Sure, you can go out and get some Botox and call it a day, but that can be extremely expensive and has some pretty nasty side effects if things don’t go right. Natural anti aging products like HGH supplements and SeroVital are becoming more and more popular with people everywhere, celebrities and average-joes alike because of their efficiency and the fact that they are usually free from side effects.

SeroVital’s increased popularity has come thanks to Dr. Oz who recently mentioned the San Medica HGH study that talked about how SeroVital could increase HGH levels up to 692 percent. But what exactly is SeroVital and is it really everything that it is cracked up to be?

What is Serovital?

SeroVital is an oral tablet that uses amino acids to stimulate the pituitary gland and increase HGH production. It has a variety of different ingredients to help make that happen.

L-Lysine HCL is used to strengthen immunity and increase protein synthesis in the body. It is used a lot within the athletic realm to increase performance “naturally.” It is clinically proven to stimulate the pituitary gland when combined with arginine.

L-Arginine HCL produces nitric oxide. It’s what increases blood flow and works together with the l-lysine. The scientific study on amino acids L-arginine and L-lysine proved these compounds’ efficiency in enhancing the production of anti aging hormone HGH.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine is an antioxidant that also has some anti-inflammatory and anti-aging benefits as well. Men taking this supplement were known to have more vigor and energy as well as higher levels of testosterone. It’s supposed to help revive women’s libido as well.

Then there is L-Glutamine. This supplement keeps your muscles from getting sore, which allows whoever is taking it to work out for longer periods of time. It also helps get rid of stress, lower cortisol and you’ll get a better night’s sleep while taking it. Overall, “L glutamine” is a good anti aging supplement, also used in many hormonal anti aging therapies.

HGH injection therapy is one form of hormonal therapy for women.

These are just some of the ingredients that make SeroVital what it is.

Should you use it?

Many people swear by SeroVital as a way to increase their HGH production and look and feel younger. However, there are some important points most people miss.

First off, there isn’t much scientific data out there to support the claims that the product is making any positive effects on people’s HGH production.

In fact, it’s difficult to find a list of ingredients with their concentrations in the product, let alone a study to tell you anything about those ingredients. What you’ll find on the ingredients list is mostly amino acids, and in order for those to be effective in HGH production, they need to be in high doses.

Many experts say that amino acids are best given as “intravenous injections” and in high doses since they were used as high dose injections in the scientific study.

However, when taken orally in those huge doses they can cause some pretty unpleasant side effects and when taken in smaller doses, might not be that effective for anti aging.

Moreover, according to Facts on hGH , there is a big problem with using amino acids to increase HGH production, because you can’t fool your body to start producing those youthful hormones that easily.

SeroVital tries to small doses of amino acids, but doesn’t include the other ingredients that are needed for it to be absorbed properly.

Another issue with SeroVital is that though it is mostly made up of amino acids, it doesn’t contain some of the most important ones. L-Ornithine, L-Tyrosine, and L-Valine are all important amino acids that help with HGH production, yet aren’t included in the product. L-Tyrosine is particularly important because it works via two mechanisms to increase HGH production ie. stimulation of dopamine and balancing the neurotransmitters in the body.

There are other ways that you can get even more amino acids into your system that can help fight aging and aid in weight loss. The Paleo Diet is one example because you are eating a lot of protein and getting large quantities of amino acids into your system.

One more point to consider is that taking supplements is pointless if the nutrients get destroyed by your stomach acid before it even gets the chance to disperse into your system. A way to prevent this is for companies to cover their product in an “enteric coating”, or a coating over the pill that helps our body absorb the nutrients before they get broken down.

Unfortunately, SeroVital doesn’t have this coating, so most of the ingredients get destroyed by the stomach acid before they even get a chance to be absorbed into your body.

Apparently, SeroVital seems to have everything that you are looking for in a product; however there are other products out there that do more for the same price.

Moreover, there are some ingredients in serovital that have nothing to do with HGH like Schizonepeta(Japanese catnip) and Oxo-Proline which comes from glutamic acids.

Studies conducted on animals have suggested that Oxo-Proline decreases the non-enzymatic antioxidant defenses in the brain and causes “reactive species production” resulting in protein oxidation thereby causing free radical damage. Because of this, you might not want to consume this compound, which Serovital has in its tablets.

Interestingly, Dr. Oz did not mention the “Serovital” product by its name, and never endorsed the product itself. Serovital isn’t perfect HGH supplement for bodybuilding, I recommend trying HyperGH 14x.
